STEP 1

Together we establish a scope of requirements tailored to your desired outcome. From here, we work with contacts in our network and database to source properties on or off the market. A shortlist is made after due diligence, and we inspect on your behalf to save you time and hassle.
Don't be surprised to see properties from us that aren't listed on the market. From time to time, we find properties well below market price, especially ones with development potential.
STEP 2
Negotiate
Negotiation can be overwhelming for a lot of people. With a dedicated buyer's agent on your side, you're no longer up against the listing agent on your own. We take care of the negotiation for you, so your time is spent where it matters most.
We often negotiate a delayed settlement or other terms to suit your circumstances. We have a suite of tools at our disposal when negotiating with a listing agent. For us, this isn't work; it's where the fun is.
We also offer a negotiation-only service if you've already found a property that suits your criteria.
STEP 3
Secure
The time between an accepted offer and exchange of contracts can be very sensitive for buyers, especially in a hot market. The vendor can legally accept a higher offer from someone else until contracts are exchanged.
We follow a checklist through this stage, picking up how the agent is dealing with us and any subtle change in tone on the phone, and we act early to avoid being gazumped, so your purchase is secured.
STEP 4
Celebrate
As our client, it's time to celebrate after unconditional exchange.
But as your buyer's agent, our job isn't done yet. We follow through with the pre-settlement inspection and liaise with your mortgage broker if required.
